Lead with Integrity and Skill - Psa 78:70-72

Psalm 78:70-72 (NIV)
70 He chose David his servant and took him from the sheep pens; 71 from tending the sheep he brought him to be the shepherd of his people Jacob, of Israel his inheritance. 72 And David shepherded them with integrity of heart; with skillful hands he led them.

Prayer:
Father, you choose and develop ordinary people to become leaders who accomplish your purposes in their own unique way. I ask you to choose and develop __________, to set him/her apart for your glory. May he/she lead with integrity and skill.
