Don't Mingle Legalism with Grace - Gal 2:21

Gal 2:21 (NIV)
21I do not set aside the grace of God, for if righteousness could be gained through the law, Christ died for nothing!

Prayer: Father, thank You for Your grace, whereby the believer's sole standing and acceptance before You is gained by faith in Jesus and His completed work on the cross. We know that our good works contribute nothing to our salvation. Thank you for the undeserved love You poured out for us on the cross. To mingle legalism with grace distorts grace and makes a mockery of the cross. May _______ accept Your grace through faith in Jesus. We pray in the name of our Great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, Amen.
