Exchange Sin for Righteousness - 2Cor 5:21

2Cor 5:21 (NIV)
21God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

Prayer: Father, may ________ accept Christ, the only entirely righteous one, who at Calvary took our sin upon himslef and endured the punishment we deserved, namely death and separation from You. Thus, by a marvelous exchange Jesus made it possible for us to receive his righteousness and thereby be reconciled to You. Our standing and our acceptance before You are solely in Jesus. All this is Your doing and it is freely available to us because of Your initiative of divine grace. We pray in the name of our Great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, Amen.
